The first thing to do is to enjoy if you know you are talented, that you have something to deliver. Congratulate yourself for obtaining an opportunity to acting auditions. This is the time to focus on your advantages, to find a way to lessen the stress in your life. Do not over think. Instead, focus on the scenario, the speech and picture an effective performance.
After that, spend some time to prepare as soon as possible. Keep in mind that acting auditions should be given serious attention. Desire, interest and hard work is what makes a variation.
